1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and Popiqe ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a professional lawn care service provider located at 123 Liverpool Road, London, N1 1QT. By booking our lawn mowing services, accessing our website, or engaging with our company in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services or website. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Service Description

Popiqe specializes in professional lawn mowing and grass cutting services for residential and commercial properties. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Regular lawn mowing and maintenance
• Grass trimming and edging
• Lawn debris removal and disposal
• Seasonal lawn care services
• Custom lawn maintenance schedules

All services are performed by trained professionals using industry-standard equipment. The specific scope of work will be determined through consultation and documented in your service agreement or booking confirmation.

3. Booking and Scheduling

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred service dates and times. However, scheduling is subject to weather conditions, equipment availability, and operational constraints. We reserve the right to reschedule services with reasonable notice when necessary.

4. Pricing and Payment

Service prices are determined based on lawn size, condition, frequency of service, and specific requirements. All quotes provided are estimates and may be adjusted based on actual site conditions discovered during service delivery.

Payment terms are as follows:

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing
• We accept cash, bank transfers, and major credit/debit cards
• Late payments may incur additional fees of 5% per month
• Recurring service clients may be offered monthly billing options

All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' written notice for ongoing service contracts.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that circumstances change. Clients may cancel or reschedule services with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

Popiqe reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to inclement weather, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative date at no additional charge.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure safe and efficient service delivery, clients agree to:

1. Provide clear access to the lawn area on scheduled service days
2. Remove or secure any obstacles, toys, furniture, or debris from the lawn before service
3. Ensure pets are secured indoors or away from the service area
4. Notify us of any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or hidden hazards
5. Inform us of any specific requirements or concerns before service begins
6. Maintain adequate water supply if irrigation services are included

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in service delays, additional charges, or inability to complete the scheduled work.

7. Liability and Insurance

Popiqe maintains comprehensive liability insurance for all services performed. While we take every precaution to protect your property, we cannot be held liable for:

• Pre-existing lawn conditions, diseases, or pest infestations
• Damage caused by hidden objects or hazards not disclosed by the client
• Natural variations in grass growth or appearance
• Damage to unmarked underground utilities or irrigation systems

Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific service during which any claimed damage occurred. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Popiqe and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Information collected during booking and service delivery will be used solely for business purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or our services, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
